On XX/XX/year> my significant other who is a joint on the account was a victim of a phishing scam. We filed a dispute with Wells Fargo immediately, filed disputes with XXXX as her XXXX account was completely compromised and stolen. Filed a police report, and got dates and times for transactions that occured out of state in person in stores that the police are investigating. Wells Fargo denied my claim and said we authorized the transaction.
