Good Morning, I hope this finds you well, Sir My name is XXXX XXXX who live in XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I AM BANKING WITH SOFI UNTIL A FAITHFUL DAY I MADE COMPLAIN XXXX THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS HACK AND MY MONEY IS BEEN TRANSFER TO XXXX XXXX, THE XXXX XXXX ALSO BELONG TO ME WAS ALSO HACKED ABOUT XXXX USD WAS MADE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I INSTANTLY CALL THE BANK TO STOP THE TRANSACTION, BUT XXXX TOLD ME I SHOULD WAIT UNTIL TRANSFER IS CONFIRM THEN THEY WILL RECALL BACK MY MONEY, I WAITED ALL DAY ONLY FOR ME TO CALL THEM THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, I CALLED TO REQUEST FOR A CHECK TO BE SENT TO MY ADDRESS, SOFI BANK TOLD ME THEY TRANSFER MY MONEY TO ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNT ADDED IN MY ACCOUNT, WHICH THOSE HACKER USE TO TRANSFER THE MONEY, I ASK DID I GIVE YOU AUTHORIZATION, THEY SAID THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AND THEY WILL SEND ME A CHECK TO MY ADDRESS, I SHOULD WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAY, I WAIT TILL YESTERDAY DATES XXXX, I CALLED TO GET MY CHECK, THEY TOLD ME NOTHING CAN BE DONE MY MONEY WAS ALREADY TRANSFER TO ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNT, SIR I NEED MY MONEY
