Dear, XXXX XXXX and or other Credit Karma Employees, Per the ( F.C.R.A ) Fair Credit Reporting Act as a Federally protected Consumer, I, the Consumer recently checked my credit report and noticed over 100 promotional soft inquiries were made through your services, to be exact 103 soft inquiries were made without my permission, Its not about my credit score its about my personal and private information that ( you ) or your company violated Which at this time violates the Privacy Act of 1974. I am requesting that you provide me with the full and necessary documents to verify that you were given permissible purpose per 15 U.S.C 1681 B. You have 30 thirty day ( s ) after receiving this letter/affidavit to comply or settle in writing to the above contact information. Attached is an Invoice marked Exhibit B and will not be binding until ( 30 ) days have passed with no attempt to cure the consumer additional fees will apply after Every 5 days additional {$50000.00} will be added until I the consumer is cured, and further litigation will take place. See Attached Exhibit Sheet-A 2 pages the highlighted section belongs to Credit Karma. Please be advised that this is a binding contract once you receive this NOTICE!!!
