I have been a customer of XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX, I love that they have given me a second chance to reestablish my credit so that I can obtain employment, housing and a new vehicle someday. However, I was terminated from multiple employers between XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX which left me without income to pay my bills or anything else ; I have NO ONE TO RELY ON due to being disowned by family and what I thought were friends. In addition, I was evicted from my place of residence because I got too behind on my rent leaving me homeless since XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have NOT BEEN ABLE to get employment or anything BECAUSE of the late payments placed on my credit reports and I HAVE WRITTEN TO THECEO ALONG WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT TO RESOLVETHIS ISSUE. THEY CLAIM TO UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION, HOWEVER THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ANDRENEGAGED ON THEIR PROMISES TO HELP ME OUT!!! IHAVE WORKED SINCE THE AGE OF XXXX DESPITE MYCIRCUMSTANCES AND NOW I AM UNABLE TO WORK DUETO THE XXXX THIS SITUATION WITH XXXX XXXX XXXXALONG WITH MY OTHER CREDITORS HAVE CAUSED ME. IAM CURRENTLY HOMELESS AS MENTIONED WITHNOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT, I AM ON SEVERALMEDICATIONS THAT I TAKE TO REMEDY MY XXXX ISSUES BUT I AM STILL UNABLE TO WORK, IHAVE APPLIED FOR ALL ASSISTANCE TO EVERYCAPACITY HAVING BEEN TURNED DOWN BY EVERYONEAS MY SITUATION IS MORE ADVANCED THAN THEY CAN HANDLE AND I AM ASKING FOR THEM TO REMOVE ALLOF THE LATE PAYMENTS ON MY ACCOUNTS ALONGWITH REIMBURSEMENT OF {$480.00} IN LATE FEES TOBOTH OF MY ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT OF {$140000.00} IN LOST WAGES DUE TO NOT BEEN ABLE TO WORK ORANYTHING. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WITHIN XXXX, I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANYALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OF {$30000.00} IMMEDIATELY.
