On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX promised to remove the tradeline from my credit report ( XXXX XXXX ). There was no confusion XXXX plainly stated to XXXX that the tradeline belong to XXXX XXXX. This was not a typographical error. In addition, In addition, XXXX and US Dept of Edu. reported to the XXXX back XX/XX/XXXX that the account was opened XX/XX/XXXX. I was not born until XXXX XXXX. Also XXXX, reports allegedly that the account was opened XX/XX/XXXX. Yet the Promissory Note in mention has a date of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Please note this account created by XXXX, US Dept of Edu keep changing the narrative to try place these tradelines on my credit that does not belong. XXXX stated that loans were PURCHASED from US Dept. Edu and XXXX. There are XXXX different lines of false credit reporting remains on my credit. XXXX promised to remove their accounts but the are still there causing damage to my credit profile. The XXXX account was closed and was removed from my credit. The US. Dept of Education was also closed and at one point removed. XXXX and US. Dept. of Education has deliberately duplicated the accounts on my credit to over-extend / usage of Credit. The reporting is false. According 15 USC 1681 and 1681 ( i ) All reporting must be reported correctly and false reporting my be removed promptly. Please encourage these reporting agency to make the necessary corrections.
