I realized obtaining my credit report that i see some unauthorized inquires on Credit report. These inquires were never authorized and never gave consent written/unwritten/verbally. As a i am federally protected by the fair debt collection practices act 15 U.S.C 1681 ( b ) I am now opting out from these unauthorized inquires from credit report. As I I do not have any Credit with these banks nor any profile or accounts. Its just n the best interest of the company to remove these inquiries before any legal proceedings as I suspect IDENTITY THEFT AND SECURITIES FRAUD.
