XXXX keeps showing a duplicate from my COMENITYBANK/BREADRWDS that was opened on XX/XX/XXXX, current amount due is {$800.00}. They keep showing this account twice, which is lowering my credit rating. I first filed a dispute with Comenity/Bread Rewards who says they are only reporting the one account once, and that I must go to XXXX to get this fixed. But XXXX keeps opening the dispute and then closing it without correcting the problem. I've disputed this 4 times already they aren't even really looking at it or they would easily see it is a duplicate. ( Same date opened, same exact amount owed, same payment dates ). I've copied and pasted below. The last report number is Report XXXX XXXX. This is really hurting my credit and I don't know who else to report this to since both Breadrewards and XXXX are blaming the other party.
