I have had this kovo account for a while now. I usually pay on time since its {$10.00} a month but months had went by of me not receiving any reminders or notifications of any upcoming payments, I even had an issue logging in due to change in phone number and could not get help from anyone to get back in my account. I was able to log in months after and saw it was past due. They also reported late payments on my credit which had drastically caused a dropped in my credit score. There isnt even an option to pay the account off so you can be done with it. I didnt want anything else to do with kovo after trouble getting my account, I just wanted to pay off once I was able to log in but no option.
