This company has sent me numerous amount of harassing emails monthly. Ive never received any notices in the email regarding this alleged fraudulent debt. I just keep getting annoying emails from this company asking me for money. Section 1006.6 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( i ) prohibits a debt collector from communicating or attempting to communicate, including through electronic communication media and in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692c - Communication in connection with debt collection.
