XXXX XXXX sent me a credit card via US Mail, in which I did not authorize or activate. When I called them to close this account, they closed the account and reported it to all 3 credit bureaus dropping my score in the low XXXX 's from over XXXX. I worked with XXXX XXXX to correct this issue however they have refused to fix the issue. I DID NOT authorize the opening of this account, therefore the entry on my credit report is fraudulent.
