Upon review of my credit report, again, after TransUnion sent a response to my dispute regarding the XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy, things are still incorrect and inaccurate on my credit file and the bankruptcy needs removal IMMEDIATELY. In addition to above, a FRAUD ALERT was placed on my credit file which I did not request. I have tried to remove it from TransUnion 's website but am not sure it will be REMOVED FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. REMOVE FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. I KEEP CALLING, WRITING AND I AM GETTING NO RESOLUTIONS. THIS IS CREATING A HIGH LEVEL OF XXXX AND I WANT ALL ISSUES RESOLVED IMMEDITELY. Violation against TransUnion is under USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) subject to subsection ( f ) and except as provides in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumer 's report at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, which I did, or indirectly through such as a reseller dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the correct status of the disputed information, or DELETE THE ITEM FROM THE FILE IN ACCORDANCE WITH paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30 day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer.
