XXXX responded to a previous complaint submitted through here, and indicated they would send the credit reporting agencies a letter informing them to remove ALL tradelines associated to my name after a court decision. It has been 60 days and the credit agencies have stated that 1 ) they never received such a letter. 2 ) The confirmed the debt very recently 3 ) They denied a copy of the letter I provided as being real. A recorded conversation with a XXXX employee in legal in XX/XX/2024, they informed me that XXXX was overruling the court order and letter, and would continue debt collection ( illegally ). I demand that this debt profile be removed immediately by XXXX contacting every and all credit reporting agencies directly.
