Got out of bankruptcy XXXX XXXX end of XX/XX/2023 my attorney told me to start paying XXXX I did. When I called flagstar they told me I was behind. I told them the trustee was paying my mortgage and it was cure. I even received a letter from flagstar attorney that my delinquency was cure. After that every month I was sending payments or partial payments to them. But they applied late. This year I send XXXX XXXX total for XXXX and XXXX it just showing yesterday that XXXX was paid. They holding money and deposit months later so they can claim late fees they are harassing me even on Sunday by delivering mail. I didn't pay XXXX or XXXX just XXXX . I have medical bills and city taxes to pay and at work they start cutting hours. Flagstar is incompetent. The payment center is in XXXX but corporate send me threat letter from XXXX Michigan I have XXXX so does my wife who doesn't work..
