I purchase my XXXX XXXX XXXX through global lending services a little under a year ago as of today. Maybe a month from being a year at this point. I have had to beg and plead with over a dozen or more emails and an uncountable amount of phone calls to try to get my title which they do have so I can register this vehicle and get my plates put on which should have been done immediately upon me receiving the vehicle. I had it shipped from New York to where I live here in Texas which by law is going to require the vehicle to have insurance and be inspected, they wouldn't just ship a car to me with no documentation. The family receiving the vehicle I had to immediately repair {$9000.00} worth of damage that was trying to be hidden from me and upon doing so I paid for it up front of course and had the dealership in New York reimburse me with a check for that same amount. This would have been XXXX of XXXX. Upon receipt that was sent to the dealer it clearly shows I had my state inspection taking care of while it was up at the dealership getting that {$9000.00} worth of repairs done to it. Dealership would receive that very receipt as well as the documentation showing my inspection because they were asking for it. I've spoken to my rep that I was dealing with up there who was the one that personally sent my inspection to them as I was there in his office as he was doing it and on the phone with them personally at the time with dealership and somehow someway they have convinced global lining services that I've never had a state inspection on it that I'm the one holding all this up and here we are almost a year out after I've been promised at least a temporary document that shows the car has been titled so I can register the car which never came to fruition and thus I have now been pulled over seven times been put in XXXX XXXX XXXX had a XXXX XXXX on me XXXX times by the police all because of the non-existent tag that resides on the back of my vehicle and it's been that way for a solid 7 months every month XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX If a cop gets behind me it's a 100 % guarantee I'm getting pulled over I'm fully aware of that this point and I put down nearly {$20000.00} in cash and have been making payments and would have on the 1st given them over {$700.00} within the last 2 weeks and yet still they won't send me this title to register this car. I went ahead and sent it to them specifically now so I have now turned over this inspection sheet for the fourth time specifically on grounds of me receiving this title so I can have my car finally get the plates on it and because the inspection already expires in 2 months it's been that long That's insane and the car is not been interested now for about 4 months which global lending services is fully aware as it will be the notes under my profile. I am not able to enter this vehicle without me having this registered especially owning the vehicle this long I've already called and asked and pleaded with the insurance companies they're not going to have it. Get GLS has me in the position where I paid down all this money well over {$20000.00} at this point and they're forcing me to have a vehicle and pay for it and not be able to drive it at the same time because if I drive it and I get pulled over again, I'm not going to lie I bs my Wait out of three or four insurance tickets with the cops with smoke and mirrors because here in Texas if your car is not insured and you're pulled over they can take the car from you and my problem again is after being XXXX because they think the car is stolen and they XXXX XXXX on me because they think the car is stolen If they take the car from me I have no way of getting it back and it is lost after paying that much money. I will have no way to go to an impound lot to show them anything I don't have insurance I don't have it registered in my name So how would I get it back.? It would be lost to the state after paying that much money on it just because GLS can not seem to understand how important is actually is and I know they could care less because it's not them personally. The buying this car was a base mistake I've ever made in my life. I've had a risk my life several times now with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX just to be throwing up XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX put on tighter than I can explain to you just because of a piece of paper GLS will not send me that he's rightfully mine. I've already provided them two days ago with another copy and here I am having to write this report because I still have not received anything and I've had the right two additional emails after sending that begging for this piece of paper and no response. My next step is going to court because I have to My hand is forced I have no choice that or just give me the car back but I'm going to need a refund on what I paid because this is certainly not in my contract having to deal with all this I know the courts might not see a refund in my favor but they will see in my favor in court if I take this to court after what's happened and with a paper trail showing that I done everything I'm supposed to do on my end multiple times and still have to deal with this this way. The fact that I have to deal with all this and you guys want to take some kind of stance over a state inspection is beyond crazy. Of course it's inspected When I received it it still had a New York inspection sticker on it good for a whole year So why didn't that one matter? This car is never not had an inspection on it it's entire life. This is something you're supposed to be dealing with the dealership with not with me. That's where I pay extra money cuz I have to pay filing fees and all these extra nonsense fees that cost hundreds of dollars which makes absolutely no sense cuz it's not hundreds of dollars worth of work. But just like everybody else I paid it just to turn around and have it put back in my lap and said now you take care of it. One last thing I want to mention is that in state of Texas there are fees associated with late registration. It should have never been late I've always had my document turned in I've never not had them turned in. I have asked and asked and asked and was told one time I would be receiving the temporary one just for 2 days later after not receiving it and me emailing you guys back and talking to a different representative I was then told it wouldn't be happening. You guys are increasing the amount of this fee by the day and I'm not going to pay for it. There's no reason for me to pay for it I'm not at fault for anything If I was I wouldn't be writing this I assure you. So I need that title immediately and I'll let you know what the fees are because they're not small fees whatsoever and I've already explained this to you guys multiple times which you also have in your records So it's between you and the dealership again and I already paid under my contract when buying the car paying these extra fees for the filing of this paperwork which again here we are almost a year out.
