We have a business checking account with Wells Fargo. They put a hard hold on the account due to the nationality ( XXXX ) of one of the company owners. This hold made without any prior notice, and we provide the requested documents on the next day. Now passing 10 Business day and they have not removed the hard hold from the account. We made 2 claims with their customer services but no one answer us. we made contact direction with the involved department ( via email ) and they are not responding at all. This face all of our business being shut down and we suffer a lots of loses. 2 days ago we ask them to close the account and refund the money in the account ( XXXX $ ) but they even refused that!
