XX/XX/24 XXXX charges my cash app card {$160.00}. The cash app card was locked at the time of the transaction and declined twice. Then cash app allowed the transaction to go through. I do not have the actual card so I disputed the transaction as I did not authorize XXXX to bill that account nor do I know how it was billed as I did not supply the merchant with the card. Cash app has declined my dispute twice and has no customer service number. I should not be responsible for an unauthorized charge
