On XX/XX/XXXX, De Lage Landen accessed my consumer credit profile. On XX/XX/XXXX, a certified letter was sent to De Lage Landen notifying them of the unauthorized request, as this constituted a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 604 ( 15 USC 1681b ), as well as a violation of my rights to privacy. I requested De Lage Landen to investigate and furnish the names, business addresses and phone numbers of those who initiated this unauthorized credit inquiry, as well as furnish a copy of the source document signed on my behalf so that I may verify its validity. De Lage Landen was advised if they found I was not the one who authorized this inquiry, I that it be removed immediately from my credit file, and to forward me documentation that the unauthorized inquiry was removed. If they found that I am in error, please send me proof of this. Finally, I requested an updated copy of my credit report, which should be sent to the address listed. De Lage Landen has failed to respond to my request.
