I wish to file a formal complaint against One Main Financial for predatory lending and deceptive sales practices, by failing to include all costs of credit, application processing fees and total annual finance charges in the APR calculation, once these factors were added, the actual APR exceeded the the lawful interest rate cap of 36 % violating the Predatory Elimination Act within the State of Ohio and The XXXX and Consumers Fair Credit Act, S. 2508/H.R. 5974, to enact a national 36 % interest rate cap covering all lenders, including banks. One Main Financial targeted me a XXXXXXXX XXXX whom is financially inexperienced and without regard to my ability to repay The loan also failed to include all mandatory disclosures from a protected XXXXXXXX XXXX in receipt of Pension from the US Government.
