XXXX XXXX XXXX OF XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The above accounts are reporting on my experian consumer report illegally without my consent and violating the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. The XXXX XXXX Rights and Privacy Act ( XXXX ) is a federal law enacted in 1974 that protects the privacy of student education records. XXXX applies to any public or private elementary, secondary, or post-secondary school. 20 USC 1232g ( b ). These accounts are also in violation of the Privacy Act of 1974 ( 5 U.S. Code 552a ). This law states that " No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains. '' I have not given the XXXX DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION my written consent nor have i given XXXX my written consent to report this information. Therefore I demand that the above accounts be deleted due to the fact that they are illegally reporting.
