I have had an account with Sofi for several years and never had any problems. On XX/XX/year> I attempted to log into my account to pay a bill. I put my username and password, and a screen came up to input a XXXX digit authentication code. I had no access to receive this code. So, I contacted the bank, which unfortunately goes to a call center in XXXX and are very hard to understand. They attempted several remedies but nothing worked. They said they would file a ticket with the back office to resolve this. I never heard back from them, so the next day I called again with the same results. The representatives are never able to really help you. I called again the following day and still no help. I desperately need to be able to access my account to do my banking and can not get anyone to help me
