The following XXXX XXXX XXXX account, with account Number XXXX has been disputed by me for the past few months, this account does not meat FCRA criteria and this company simple intends to leave it reported in my report despite my claims either because that they do not know what they are doing or because they want to create harm to me. First This account was closed on XX/XX/year>2022 however, it shows delinquent activity after closure.XXXX XXXX procedures hace allowed this since XX/XX/year>2022 and this has been highly detrimental to me. Second Delete this account for violation because notice of dispute was not entered as required within the required period of 30 days from the date my first dispute was received, persuant to section 623 of the FCRA Third How can this account be closed and yet it says I am still paying XXXX in the montly payment section? Once an account is closed, there should be no montly payment Unless the status says now paying it was canceled.
