I tried to call all the numbers associated with Experian today XX/XX/2024. I called XXXX and XXXX XXXX with the same request and had no problems from them making the corrections. But the presentative from Experian would not honor my request. When I called all the number listed with Experian, they all are impossible to speak with a representative and all access is totally impossible to get through to anyone. They most start with some form of solicitation of which is totally frustrating and a clear violation of conflict of interest. I would think they would know the laws just past would put them on notices in how vulnerable their actions are to consumers. I also went on the website which is not user friendly at all and had a very complicated virtual conversation with a representative that refused to honor my request of making the corrections that requested, as I did with the other agencies. I told them a lot of the information was inaccurate and they kept saying that it wasn't. I told them due to the inaccuracies I have been subject to fraud and would not put the accurate information I requested. I am formally requesting my correct name, current address and employment status be the only things on my profile.
