This is inaccurate information on my credit report. This is being reported to my XXXX and no other credit agency. Per 15 U.S.C. 1681 Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting. As well as 15 U.S.C. 1681a 603 states exclusions report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. I did not give consent to American first finance to report this information on my credit report. So I need this to be removed as it is not accurate according to my other 2 credit agencies nor did I give this company permission to report on my credit report. This has negatively impacted my life as it is a derogatory mark on my credit report.
