My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer currently residing at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX I am writing the complaint because Equifax , Inc. sent a consumer credit report for XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer on XX/XX/XXXX, confirmation number : XXXX, stating that, " The disputed item is not currently reporting on the EQUIFAX CREDIT FILE. COMPANY NAME : XXXX XXXX ; ACCOUNT NUMBER : XXXX. '' However, this is false and misleading information seeing as though XXXX XXXX is still reporting on the EQUIFAX credit file of XXXX XXXX XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX on multiple platform including Equifax.com and XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX, an EQUIFAX customer services representative, who provided confirmation number : XXXX, stating that, " the report was sent after XXXX XXXX agreed to remove the account from the EQUIFAX credit file of XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer. This account should no longer report on the EQUIFAX credit profile of XXXX XXXX XXXX. '' This conversation was recorded by EQUIFAX AND XXXX XXXX XXXX. EQUIFAX also reported on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Case Number : XXXX, that this account is not reporting currently reporting. However, it is still reporting. XXXX has already removed this inaccurate, negative, inequitable account from the credit file of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
