Complain against : Aldous and Associates ammount : {$160.00} opened case since XXXX. I bought a membership to XXXX XXXX long time ago and I was paying like {$21.00} a month, the payments was take authomatically from my personal account in XXXX XXXX. When the Covid19 restriction was imposed here in XXXX Florida the goverment shut down the Gym for a year more or less ( means we can not go there or received service ), even though XXXX continue debit my personal account every month without interruptions during all Covid 19 shut down, if you do the math will see I PAID THEM MORE OR LESS {$250.00} FOR A WHOLE YEAR AND I CAN'T BE ABLE TO RECEIVED SERVICE. One day after the Covid 19 shut down was lifted I don't remember the date my debit card account was compromised in a intent of fraud and XXXX XXXX canceled the debit card and issue another, I recognized I forgot to give the new one ( debit card ) to XXXX XXXX but what going one in that time, I was very afraid to resume my visits to the Gym again because of the possibility of getting an infestation and bringing it home where I live with a XXXX XXXX baby. I think : 1- ) The alleged debt of {$160.00} is offset by everything collected without service. 2- ) In the supposed case, I would only have to pay for one month ( {$21.00} ) because the Gym close my membership immediately they did'nt received the monthly payment 3- ) Aldous and Associate damaged my personal credit since the time they opened this unfair collection. I JUST WANT : A- ) CANCEL my {$160.00} debt to XXXX XXXX with the year they were closed due to Covid19 restrictions AND RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM ME, and REMOVED THE COLLECTION FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE. THIS IS VERY FAIR AND ACCURATE THING TO DO. B- ) In the case will be consider I have to pay them need to be only for one month of service which is {$21.00} and also removed the collection from my credit profile because is fair and accurate thing to do as well.
