Negative Impact/ Consequence of PNC Bank 's and XXXX XXXXXXXX False Statements `` yourmortgage loan in bankruptcy : I qualified, andam eligible for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunitys ( FL DEO ) Homeowner Assistance Fund ( HAF ) Program. Because PNC Bank and XXXX XXXX despite having copies of the XXXX XXXX XXXX filed on XX/XX/XXXX, have false Bankruptcy Messages on all PNC Bank Mortgage Statements from XX/XX/XXXX to today, theFlorida Department of Economic Opportunity ( FL DEO ) Homeowner Assistance Fund ( HAF ) Program Case Managers continue having to halt my HAF application process. Another example of detrimental impact is that my LAST KNOWN ADDRESS and electronic email address were deleted/removed, as such, I am not being Physically or Electronically Served any of the Public legal updates, hearings, mediation dates, etc. related to XXXX XXXX. I applied the Florida Department of Economic Opportunitys ( FL DEO ) Homeowner Assistance Fund ( HAF ) Program.
