On XX/XX/2021 A account was established in my name with out authorization. I contacted the Creditors to inform them that on the dates this account was open I was XXXX and have no knowledge of this account that's being reported to the reporting agency. On XXXX XXXX I was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent the confirmation of my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX along with a time sheet to provide the dates of XXXX XXXX that I was XXXX XXXX when this accounts was opened and used under my name.I have contacted Alliant XXXX Credit Union about the Fraudulent accounts with the highest balance reporting XXXX with a credit limit of XXXX. After sending Alliant XXXX Credit Union documents of my XXXX XXXX XXXX along with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with my XXXX XXXX XXXX the account still reporting as this account has been verified. I have tried to notify them several times that I was XXXX XXXX when these accounts was open. Also I filed a FTC Identity Theft Report concerning the credit card and a checking account that was open and reported to XXXX XXXX as NSF in the amount of XXXX that was deposite during the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
