I called the credit card number and was directed to XXXX from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I explained to her that I was in the hospital last month when my auto payment was initiated. I explained that I had no access to my device to use the app or to make a call. I was unaware that I did not have the fund at the time for my monthly payment which I have made on time for more than XXXX consecutive months. They claim they are a human banking institution. They don't try to understand their client situation if the role was reversed, they do not educate about the reason why this fee can not be refunded at all. Also they change their fees and I do not think that I have received some type of communication letting me know about the change in price of the fees and also informed me of the fees that could be associated with my account. I have not experienced this kind of fee with my other institutions where i have my major credit cards like XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX
