My last complaint with this resource was in XXXX was with the same utility company different collection company, different amount. Please refer to documents included in my last complaint. I contacted the collection company and tried to explain and they treated me with the same disdain and contempt as the last company you were able to assist me with. The current collection company is IC systems in MN. I have not lived in XXXX since XXXX. I have not owned real estate in XXXX since XXXX. The rental property for the electric bill in question conveyed in XXXX public records in XXXX to a bank through foreclosure. I have lived in XXXX for XXXX years and before that i lived in XXXX for XXXX years. I have disputed this account with the credit report company as well. I am currently selling my house and applying for a mortgage and this has impacted my score by XXXX points. XXXX down to XXXX.
