I have submitted multiple requests to credit bureau Experian and XXXX XXXX XXXX for proof of this loan. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to XXXX XXXX for information regarding this outstanding loan. I did not receive any service or product that would render this loan. I requested paperwork and a contract from the company XXXX XXXX who may have been a company that work with XXXX XXXX. They do not have anything in their file. Experian has consistently stated that they did an investigation and as of XX/XX/XXXX can not produce a contact name, actual investigation results or any information that was a part of the investigation. I have placed disputes with Experian on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. All have resulted in the response that they have done an investigation but with no evidence provided to me. The last certified letter correspondence I sent to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX was XX/XX/XXXX and the last email XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. I have also made many phone attempts to get information at phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX. All attempts have resulted in failed communication. At this time I have exhausted all avenues to rectify this issue with my credit report and a loan that I have not authorized using my information. This has been an exhausting experience with what seems to be automated response from Experian.
