i sent XXXX XXXX and ED FINANCIALXXXX a letter on XXXX stating they are reporting and publishing inaccurate or incomplete information ( tradeline ) in your consumer reports allegedly concerning me. Your conduct has caused me a lot of distress and financially harmed me with out-of-pocket costs and loss of opportunity. My data has been comprised in a data breach because you have shared my nonpublic personal information with third-party agencies without my consent violating 15 USC 6801 . Your job was to : ( XXXX ) to insure the security and confidentiality of customer records and information ; ( 2 ) to protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such records ; and ( 3 ) to protect against unauthorized access to or use of such records or information which could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer.
