Consumer Narrative
I was in auto accident late XX/XX/2023 and my insurance company paid half the car off and soon as CNAC received that check they charged my account off and didnt give me options to pay the balance and now its affecting me receiving another car because its a charge off on my credit report this is illegal because they charged the account off days after they received my check and I had no missing payments up to that point because you have to pay every XXXX weeks
