I have recently reviewed copies of my personal consumer credit reports and found questionable and/or inadequately verified data in the records maintained by your company. It appears that this information, previously removed, may have been re-added to my credit profile by your office ( s ) without the required 5-day notice, a violation of the reporting regulations you are obliged to follow. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), any information that has been deleted should not be reinserted into a consumer 's credit profile without directly notifying the affected consumer in writing within five business days of such reinsertion. I have not received any such notice or validation confirming the accuracy and completeness of the reinstated data.
