For the last XXXX years I have been fighting with EXPERIAN to correct their mistakes in hope to find some form of justice from their direct discrimination towards me and my reputation. I have submitted several complaints on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and now on XX/XX/XXXX. I was hoping that these complaints would be received and the problem corrected but EXPERIAN continues to damage my reputation by these inaccurate reports. I will reiterate yet again that is it EXPERIAN 's duty pursuant to the FCRA to report CORRECT and ACCURATE information on my credit report and file. EXPERIAN is reporting now XXXX inaccurate late payments for the XXXX account ending in XXXX. There are now XXXX additional new late payments posted on my credit report with XXXX negative months listed on my EXPERIAN report. This includes a XXXX day late payment posted on XXXX XXXX XXXX day late payment on XXXX XXXX XXXX day in XXXX XXXX, XXXX day in XXXX XXXX XXXX day in XXXX XXXX XXXX day in XXXX XXXX XXXX day in XXXX XXXX XXXX day in XX/XX/XXXX, and a XXXX day in XXXX XXXX. This whole account was reported as fraudulent and a result of identity theft and the account was marked as CHARGE OFF by XXXX XXXX and closed. I had to go through lengths to get XXXX XXXX to correct their mistake and they had the nerve to reinsert the account under a different number from the original XXXX to a new XXXX ending in XXXX. Furthermore, there are several months showing on my report with " CO '', or charge off, in between the months that were reported with late payments. None of this makes sense nor has EXPERIAN acted in good faith in the matter. As previously reported, I did NOT give EXPERIAN written instruction/permission to furnish these inaccurate late payments on my consumer report or file, thereby violating my rights pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). I have made my case abundantly clear nad have laid out hard facts to support my case. This is injustice and I will not stand for it any longer. EXPERIAN will take off all late payments and never have it reported on my consumer report again.
