I have recently filed for a validation of debt from Transunion and XXXX XXXX XXXX for a debt that was placed on my credit report. I received a letter from Transunion today stating the debt was verified without the validation documents deeming what was used to verify this debt. This debt was opened per Transunion on XX/XX/XXXX. This debt was also posted to my credit file on XX/XX/XXXX per Transunion report. At what valid time did this agency contacted the consumer to validate rather the debt is theirs or not. This agency just inserted information on a report the same day the account was opened so there is no way this agency or the collection agency contacted me the consumer which is a CLEAR violation of FCRA LAWS. Secondly, the collection agency posted the debt owed was {$600.00} XX/XX/XXXX. Today, the collection agency posted debt owed {$540.00}. There is no documentation of myself making ANY payment to this company. There is no documentation of payment received on this report even though the balance decreased. There are so many RED FLAGS of discrepancies yet Transunion validated this item. HOW? I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX and will NOT pay someone without a binding contract of debt owed. This is the reason i asked for validation because i know i do not owe this company. I have NO contract or any relationship with this company. I also still of today received NO VALIDATION OF DEBT ater involving this company CFPB on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and still neither Transunion or XXXX XXXX XXXX provided this information 60 days later upon asking. Please delete this account as i will NOT pay it. XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX i filed a complaint with the CPFB against Transunion and XXXX XXXX XXXX. CPFB gave the companies 60 days to respond. XXXX XXXX XXXX did NOT respond. Transunion responded today XX/XX/XXXX that the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX was verified as accurate without providing validation of debt as asked. XXXX. 30 days later after my dispute, XXXX XXXX XXXX was deleted from my transunion credit file on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX weeks later On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was re-inserted on my credit report without any notice from this bureau or XXXX XXXX XXXX. When re-inserting data back onto someone credit report you have 5 days to give notice as to why this re-insertion appeared back on the consumer report. I have yet to even received validation of debt, and i for sure didn't receive a notice of re-insertion of debt back onto credit profile. XXXX The timeframe given by the CFPB to provide validation has passed. I have yet to receive ANY information at ALL from TransUnion validating this debt. I ONLY received a secure message that the account was verified. I have received NO notice of re-insertion of debt. NOTHING,,,,,,,, I have pulled this account and have attached my rebuttal for review. Now i think it's time to move forward with legals because i am not receiving validation as i can legally ask and it should have already been provided. 60 days is a long time to give someone for validation. Yet, i have not received it.
