My mortgage is held by XXXX XXXX and serviced by Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing. I asked for the payoff figures for XX/XX/XXXX and the prepayment penalty was calculated incorrectly, overstated by {$82000.00}. I have called 4 times now, emailed, and written a letter requesting a review and have gotten the same incorrect prepayment penalty restated three times. I have the funds ready to pay off my loan and it is being held hostage, costing me {$110.00} per day. Please help, I am at my wits end.
