On XX/XX/2024, I received a Final Dispute Resolution and Updated Credit Report from Transunion confirming that the XXXX XXXXXXXX Account # XXXX was deleted from my credit file. I previously submitted an FTC Identity Theft Affidavit, Police Report, Letter and Proof of my Identity to Transunion via Certified Mail and requested an IDentity Theft Block of this information in XXXX and XXXX under FCRA 605B. Transuion didn't comply with the block and initiated a dispute which I didn't request which was finalized on XX/XX/2024. In XX/XX/2024 Transunion violated FCRA and reinserted the previously deleted XXXX XXXXXXXX Account on my Transunion Credit File Number XXXX with no notice and violated 15 U.S Code 1681i ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) ( iii ) in which I am requesting payment of {$1000.00} as well as the block/removal of the XXXX XXXX credit listing that was previously deleted on XX/XX/2024 and reinserted in XX/XX/2024. I am not requesting any opening of disputes as this prevents me from having access to my credit file. I am NOT requesting any blocks or fraud alerts or freezes to my credit file or any retaliation from Transunion preventing access to my credit file as I need ongoing access to monitor my credit.
