My identity was compromised and the accounts are not mine. I have paid the balances, and settled in some cases to try and fix this. I need the accounts to be removed ; deleted because they are not mine and they are reporting to my acct. I will settle ; and pay the balances for the deletion and removal of the accounts. I suspected identity theft XXXX when my wallet and cards were either lost or stolen during a rough period of homeless that I was experiencing ; my accounts and info were compromised and possibly stolen & there are errors on my report. Reflecting accounts that are not mine or that were taken over ; please assist me in having these accounts removed and the errors deleted so that I could have an accurate report that reflects accuracy/ correctness in reporting as provided by the law. Please advise. XXXX I have been settling the accounts and paying the balances the information is incorrect and the reporting has errors. The accounts are all closed for the most part but are still reporting to my credit report affecting my credit score and providing me a credit report with errors of accounts and balances. I accepted that Id have to pay the balances ; and settle to get these errors fixed, and removed but. Error is still flooding my credit reports and the companies are unwilling to delete the info and remove the reporting error ( s ). Action is needed from the creditors to fix/ remove all errors as reported and accurately make report of all accounts. Please assist me by removing the information and deleting the errors from my credit report. As Ive been paying balances from a suspected identity theft and fraud. Maybe the companies will delete the errored accounts and info and we will be able to move forward with acct reporting ; and accurate reporting of credit score. I AM disputing my credit report in/Full and stating that in its entirety has errors that need deletion and removal Ive been paying balances to these closed accts for about XXXX years now and I AM seeking relief from this theft. Accuracy of reporting the accounts is being requested by myself, and deletion of errors/ removal of accounts that arent mine ; either that or have been settled will need to be deleted and removed from my credit report. Score wise XXXX seems to have the most errors and is reporting accounts that arent my own. I think that all of the creditors and companies need to fix errors, and remove ( the account information ) from my reports due to a suspected identity theft ; & fraud.
