I requested competent information, regarding their authority to collect debt in my state and if they are licensed and have proof of insurance. I have received no valid response pertaining to the information I requested. I also sent an invoice for {$15000.00} because they have violated my federally protected consumer rights on multiple occasions and also they are attempting to conduct identity theft according to FL statues XXXX.
