I have received dozens of phone calls in the past year, and an email today ( XX/XX/year> ) from Halstead Financial stating that I am in collections for debt. I have confirmed that I am not in collections and that the account information is not related to any accounts in my financial history. I have called the company twice and have confirmed that they do not have the correct person. Halstead Financial provided the DOB, last four numbers of the social, and a home address and asked me to confirm if that is my identification information. I have told them twice that the information they have provided does not match me and have requested that they stop contacting me. Halstead Financial representatives have said that they will remove my contact information. I am still receiving phone calls and email communications from the company regarding debt that does not belong to me.
