I received a letter in the mail stating that my credit report had a credit bureau breach, upon receiving the data breach letter I notified some inquiries that I did not know about, therefore all inquiries should be deleted immediately from my credit report, by law a consumer and natural person, I am aware of all of my rights that I have, and which are protected by the Congress on the fair credit reporting at the list of the accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality on the 15 USC 1681 B 15 USC 1681B section 602A states I have the right to privacy 16 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without any written instructions.
