XXXX XXXX sold my loan to Freedom Mortgage last year which I dont agree with. They increased my interest rate immediately! I did not form a contract with Freedom Mortgage. They do not apply my payments properly. I pay towards my principal and they break the payment up and then apply it. I recently received an email for payment plus a late fee for XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid {$1000.00} and on XX/XX/XXXX, I paid {$600.00}. My payment is {$540.00}.
