I got a letter in the mail they are garnishing my wages on XX/XX/2024 I called to give them my attorney 's name. I verified who I was name, dob, lasts XXXX of social. wanted my address but I told her she has it. I am trying to give her my attorney information. she refused to take it until I verified my address. she refused my attorney 's name and blocked my number so I can't call them to give them my attorney information. The behavior was rude. and refusing my attorney information is against the fcdpa. The fact I am in the middle of a XXXX they need to take the proper steps but this lady refused. even when I askesd to speak to someone else she told me no and hung up on me multiple times.
