Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/XXXX I visited XXXX XXXX in XXXX Tennessee to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Yet the so called XXXX holder is located in XXXX XXXX, Texas name Toyota Motor Credit Corporation. This company was not present at XXXX XXXX where the so called debt was originated. When mortgages or so called debts exchange hands, employees at the second, third company or fourth company must send the customer/investor written consent to put their mortgage or any kind of so called debt on consumer reports ( also known as credit reports ). These so called debt collection companies can not report on any kind debt on consumer reports ( also known as credit reports ) without written consent from someone like myself. If a so called debt was originated off my own equity but the debt was sold before I made the first payment, the company where employees bought that debt and who I'm making payments too must have my consent because I have no contract with that other company ( XXXX ). If I purchased my debts but the debt was sold before I made the first payment, the company where employees bought that debt and who I'm making payments too must have my consent because I have no contract with that company. The contract exists with the person that originated the so called debt. So if I go to buy a car, I sign with one company. Before I make my first payment that company then sells the debt to another company. By federal law that second company can not put that so called debt on my credit report without employees sending me a written consent to do so. The fair credit reporting act section 605 ( b ) states that persons need written consent to put a debt or to report to consumer reporting agencies ( known as credit bureaus ) with any outstanding debt if that company is not the original company that originated the debt. Also a debt validation notice was sent out on XX/XX/XXXX to this address putting employees on notice at : Toyota Financial Services XXXX XXXX XXXX Mail Drop XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX XXXX company name where someone reported to the consumer reporting agencies is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
