As I was reviewing my consumer report I came across an account that does not belong to, me I contacted the following companies, Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, along with XXXX. I disputed the account asking for verification of the account. I then received a letter from Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX as well as XXXX, that said the account was verified by the creditor. I then contacted the creditor witch in this case is the UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT ... .I then received an answer stating that the UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY court does not report or transmit bankruptcy court records or any other information directly to credit reporting agencies. This is un acceptable the credit bureaus are committing FRAUD ...... Placing inaccurate, incomplete erroneous information on my consumer report violating the FAIR CREDIT REPORTINGACT and the FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS ACT. This information is inaccurate the creditor stated that they did not verify this information making it illegal and a violation of state and federal law to place this account on my consumer report, Please delete this account immediately
