XXXX XXXX XXXX Flat XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Georgia XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XX/XX/2024 Discover XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX REQUEST FOR 1099c Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a copy of the 1099c form for the debt that I owed to your company, which was charged off. The debt in question is related to account XXXX and was charged off for the outstanding balance.. As tax season is wrapping up, I noticed that I have not received the required forms for a reported charge off. It is illegal to withhold a 1099c. When you are the fiduciary you have a responsibility to the trust. If you have submitted a 1099c to charge off the debt on the IRS side but did not supply a copy to me that is willful negligence and you are preventing me from being in compliance with the IRS. If you have not submitted this debt on your profit and loss, then this is considered tax fraud for manipulating the loss with a failure to report. I will exercise my right to use form 3949a information referral & form 211 which is reported to the whistleblower address for the IRS. I will also file a police report and report this to the Secretary of State in which your entity is registered. It is essential for me to have all the necessary documentation regarding my financial affairs, including the charged-off debt. I understand that it is a requirement that your company file a 1099c form for this debt, and I kindly request your assistance in providing me with a copy of this document. According to the IRS a 1099c is a notice to the IRS that the financial institution has forgiven or canceled a debt of {$600.00} or more. You are blatantly enforcing an alleged debt after you have received a tax benefit from the charge off. Having the 1099c will enable me to accurately report the charged-off debt on my taxes and ensure compliance with all tax obligations. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and the timely provision of the requested documentation. I need to resolve this matter efficiently and appreciate your cooperation in helping me meet my tax responsibilities. Thank you for your attention to this request. I look forward to receiving the 1099c for the charged-off debt as soon as possible. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
