I noticed a collection account on my credit card report around XXXX of XXXX. I have then went to XXXX XXXX to get this removed because I had no knowledge of what this account was.The collection has since then been removed from my credit card report due to it being inaccurate. XXXX XXXX XXXX then sent me a letter months later after the collection was already removed stating I have cosigned into this lease building that I supposedly was staying at during XXXX. I have never lived at this address nor have I walked into the lease building and signed my name. The suspect had a girlfriend whom I suspect forged my signature. I have never once made a payment towards the rent, down payment, or have leased the apartment place they claim I did. I had no knowledge of this collection account until XXXX. XXXX claims that this account belongs to me when I had no knowledge of this whatsoever. They claim that I had walked up in the lease building and signed my name supposedly with an id. During XXXX I have lived at a different address for the entirety of XXXX and have never once stayed at the apartment address. XXXX has never once provided me the original signed contract no wet signature proof or evidence that the photo id is mine. I have never missed a late payment or had any charge off my credit is only XXXX XXXX XXXX as well.
