I've attached the settlement offer email clearly stating this. The most recent times and dates I called NCB Management on a recorded line - specifically XXXX XXXX on the phone are XX/XX/2024 at XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/2024 at XXXX XXXX and the settlement offer email was from XXXX XXXX .
