My issues are that, XXXX. I can't access my account by phone or the internet for the last three weeks. XXXX. I've called several times and has been told Oh, your lock out or they need to reset my login still not able to access my account a few minutes later. XXXX. My phone number was removed for all my notification meaning if fraud happening on my account I would not be notified. XXXX. I can't receive any text to reset my password or to log into my account. XXXX. When I try to call the automated number, the automated system tells me that my information can't be found for this account.
