First of all, I do not have a debt with this company. I reached out to XXXX several times trying to dispute this debt XXXX years ago now this company comes out of nowhere and purchase a debt that was never supposed to be on my credit report and put it on my credit report. They have not validated anything I do not have a sign contract with the genesis company in regards to any debt Company and any debt that they brought is not they are sending over information that was put in the system late. XX/XX/XXXX is the day that I called to confirm that they received my 60 day notice but my original 60 day notice was brought to the office. XX/XX/XXXX, it was never input it in the system until XX/XX/XXXX now they are charging me for a month that I did not live in the apartment. They are charging me for damages that was never done to the apartment. They have never showed any proof and the keys were returned on XX/XX/XXXX however Im being charged for the entire month of XXXX. They have not answered to the attorney generals complaint. They have not answered any emails From the XXXX and Im going to keep filing new complaints every time because this debt does not belong to me. I am about to contact a lawyer because at the end of the day I do not owe this company. I dont even know who this company is and I dont even know how they get my personal information. I did not consent my personal information such as my Social Security number my phone number and my address and they keep sending harassing calls. I am about to sue this company for harassment and for putting something on my credit report. I also do property management and I know that I have done my due diligence by providing a hand written letter to the main office the office neglected to put the handwritten letter in until I called the XXXX main office on XX/XX/XXXX and advise them that I put a Letter in the system on XX/XX/XXXX stop contacting me and remove this debt from my credit or I will be filing a lawsuit I have disputed this issue with the attorney general office and never got a reply. I dont think I should be responsible for the negligence of this company and now Genesis is coming in unbeknownst to them. They dont know whats going on. They dont know the severity of what was going on. I have emailed them. I have sent letters. The attorney general have sent letters in avana has not corrected this issue in the system as of yet
